Preconstruction Specialist

Work with Director of Construction and Administration Department to finalize and document all paperwork and processes needed for turnover of project to the Construction Department

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and project coordination, with hands-on experience in various construction management software. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading, project scheduling, and effective time management skills to ensure successful project execution.

Estimator

Perform color takeoff from blueprints

Create bid document

Price materials

Work with and negotiate with vendors to get best pricing available

Communication with General Contractors

What and how they want their bids

Particulars and add-ons we can price for them

Contract Finalization and Processing

Experience with computer software a must

Advanced proficiency in Excel a must

Schedule

Schedule 7-3 Monday thru Friday

Flexibility needed – some weeks will be more, some will be less

Pay Rate

/ - $17 depending on experience

Benefits
