About the Role

In this role, you will work on-site at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually. Your tax expertise will be invaluable as you provide :

• Full-service tax return preparation for a variety of situations, from simple W2 filings to complex business income scenarios.
• Personalized tax advice to help clients minimize liabilities and maximize refunds.
• Support and education to demystify taxes and alleviate client stress.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in expanding TurboTax’s client base within your community, establishing long-term relationships, and driving customer loyalty. TurboTax will equip you with the tools and support you need to succeed!
