HVAC Technician

Earning potential as high as $125,000 per year for qualified HVAC technicians (based on ability and performance) Sign on bonuses that pay up to $10,000 for qualified HVAC new hires!

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented HVAC Technician to join us. Responsibilities :

  • Never sell anything to a customer that they don't need or want
  • Wear a uniform, well-groomed, clean cut
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on HVAC systems
  • Properly diagnose cooling and heating issues
  • Comply with federal, state, and local building and HVAC codes by strict adherence to the requirements.
  • Communicate with customers and present options for repair vs. replacement of HVAC systems
  • Educate customers on how their HVAC system works and why it's not working
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Qualifications

  • Must have EPA Certification or be able to pass the EPA test
  • Must have your own tools
  • NATE certified is a plus
  • Must be willing to submit a pre-employment background check and drug testing
  • Must possess a valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Be reliable, genuine and friendly
  • At least 2-3+ years of residential service work experience required; 5 years preferred
  • Able to lift 50-75 pounds, kneel, crawl and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work in crawlspaces, attics, ceilings, roofs and on ladders
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Excellent work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Willing to learn
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
