PuroClean of Vermont, a leader in property restoration and mitigation, is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining seamless communication between clients, technicians, and management, while ensuring accurate records and delivering professional customer care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally for both emergency and non-emergency inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, taking accurate messages, and routing calls appropriately.
  • Enter job details, customer information, and service requests into company systems with precision.
  • Support marketing efforts through website updates, social media posting, flyer creation, and sales support.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including paperwork organization, filing, and compliance checks.
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming reception area.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.
  • Ability to quickly learn and use industry-specific software.
  • Previous experience in reception, office administration, or customer service preferred.
  • Reliable, discreet, and team-oriented with a positive attitude.
