Neighborhood Services Manager

This role provides vision and direction for neighborhood programs and services, including oversight of Code Enforcement, Community Development Block Grants, neighborhood beautification, and other community initiatives that make a lasting impact. The Neighborhood Services Manager works closely with residents, community groups, and city leadership to strengthen neighborhoods and enhance the quality of life. Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. The anticipated hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 / Annually. Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited university with a degree in Public Administration, Public Relations, Project Management, Community Services or related field with a minimum of four years of experience managing Community Development programs. Possession or the ability to obtain a valid driver's license with a safe driving record within 30 days from date of hire. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
