Key Responsibilities :

Deliver safe and effective patient care in a med surg / telemetry unit

Monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Respond to patient changes quickly and professionally

Accurately document and assess patient progress

✅ Requirements :

Active RN license (AZ or compact)

Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Tele experience preferred

BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA required)

Ability to thrive independently on night shifts
