About the Role

Our client, a Wisconsin-based property management company, is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a long-term, high-end condominium development in Pewaukee, WI. The project will span at least five years and consists of 36 buildings with a total of 100 units. The ideal candidate will bring experience in high-end residential or commercial new construction. This is a full-time, direct-hire position, with onsite hours Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 00 p.m.

This individual will play a key role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the high-quality standards expected in luxury residential construction. All trade work will be subcontracted, and the Superintendent will work directly with the two owners, who will serve as project managers. The role does not include estimating or project management responsibilities but requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and coordinate multiple subcontractors while maintaining clear and consistent communication with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for high-end condo construction projects.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Enforce site safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor workmanship, materials, and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and owners to address design challenges and implement solutions.
• Provide accurate daily / weekly reports on project progress, schedules, and field conditions.
• Ensure high-end finishes and custom details meet luxury condo expectations.
• Lead punch-list completion and final turnover process.
