10-4 Logistics USA is seeking a Regional CDL-A truck driver to perform regional over‑the‑road (OTR) operations. This role involves operating 100% dry van, no‑touch freight with approximately 60% drop‑and‑hook assignments. The successful candidate will safely complete regional OTR routes while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Compensation & schedule

Training pay : $650 during a four‑week in‑cab training period with a trainer.

Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑dependent).

Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.

Typical home time : Bi‑weekly.

  • Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD), dependent on miles and performance.

  • Late‑model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped.

    Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry van, no‑touch freight with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations.
  • Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logs (ELD).
  • Ensure proper cargo handling and securement where applicable; follow drop‑and‑hook procedures.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel.
  • Adhere to fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety protocols.
  • Minimum qualifications

    Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A) .

  • At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
