This role is part of a QE team to work on testing & automation for Web applications.

About The Job You're Considering

Your role includes :

  • Understand and Gather requirements
  • Create Test cases / scenarios
  • Develop Test scripts
  • Execute Test cases / scripts in various environments (QA, STG, etc.)
  • Bug reporting and Defect triage
  • Integrating scripts with CI / CD pipeline
  • Documentation
  • Lead team if applicable

Your skills and experience

  • 8+ yrs. of experience in software engineering - QA testing
  • Expertise in Web UI testing and automation using Selenium WebDriver / TestNG / JUnit etc.
  • API testing and Automation using Rest Assured / ReadyAPI / etc.
  • Proficient in Java
  • Experience using Version control (GIT), CI / CD Tools (Jenkins), Build Tools, (Maven, ANT, etc.), Debugging Tools (Charles / Fiddler), Agile Management Tool (JIRA), Test Management Tool (QMetry)
  • Good communication skills
  • Good to know Mobile testing / automation using Appium with Java, etc.
  • Testing / automation on POS systems / applications will be an added advantage
