Position Overview :

The On-Site Clerical will provide administrative and clerical support to construction project teams directly at the job site. This role is essential in maintaining organized project documentation, assisting with communication between stakeholders, and supporting daily operations to ensure the smooth progression of construction activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic construction environment. The hours would be 7am-3 : 30pm.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Maintain and organize all project-related documentation, including permits, contracts, change orders, and daily logs.
• Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting notes, and schedules.
• Support project managers and site supervisors with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
• Coordinate deliveries, track materials, and update inventory logs as needed.
• Handle correspondence with vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with processing invoices, purchase orders, and timesheets for site employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
• Answer phones, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel on-site.
• Provide general office support at the job site to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Qualifications :

1–2 years of clerical or administrative experience; prior experience in construction or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with construction management software is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

High attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work in an on-site construction setting.
