A company is looking for a Founding Recruiter to establish and scale their recruiting efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
Own end-to-end hiring across all functions including Engineering, Product, Sales, and Operations
Partner with executives and hiring managers to define processes and close top-tier candidates
Launch and scale recruiting operations, including ATS management and candidate experience improvements
Required Qualifications :
8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in early-stage startup environments
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions across technical and non-technical functions
Experience building and scaling recruiting processes and systems from scratch
Comfort working directly with C-level executives on hiring strategy
Proficient in sourcing top-tier candidates using creative techniques
