Key Responsibilities :

Deliver HR initiatives, programs, and processes, including performance management and talent review

Build and maintain trusting relationships with stakeholders and provide solutions to talent-related topics

Engage in workforce planning and support talent and performance management programs aligned with business objectives

Qualifications :

10+ years of experience as a corporate HR business partner

Experience in strategic projects and high-performing teams

Skilled in conducting HR trend analysis with large data sets

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with proactive teamwork

Passionate about coaching and developing talent with a focus on diversity and inclusion
