AnthroMed is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to provide onsite therapy to middle school students (6th-8th grade) in Algonquin, Illinois. This full-time role begins as soon as possible and runs through May 21st, 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students across a variety of ages and abilities and contribute to their multimodal communication development. You’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to address speech and language needs while growing within a supportive and mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide full-time speech and language therapy services, Monday-Friday, to 6th-8th grade students with a range of abilities.
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized educational plans (IEPs), and implement evidence-based interventions to address early speech and language developmental needs.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other related service providers to support young students’ communication skills across both classroom and individual settings.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Utilize IEP system for management and compliance.
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training opportunities.
  • Enjoy a dedicated office space for therapy sessions and planning.

Pay & Benefits

  • Salary Range : $60,000-$72,000 annualized salary, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Paid Time Off : 6 days per year, prorated based on your start date.

    • Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or in the process of completing).
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois (IDFPR and PEL).
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA, or eligibility to obtain CCC-SLP.
  • New graduates and Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply! We provide dedicated supervision and support to help you successfully complete your CF experience.
