MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

As a Maintenance Supervisor at Bath Fitter, you will oversee and manage maintenance operations, ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for :

  • Enforcing compliance with company policies and safety / environmental regulations.
  • Implementing health and safety measures for employees.
  • Overseeing maintenance operations to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing team leaders and employees.
  • Managing production equipment, utilities, and building maintenance.
  • Ensuring quality control for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Developing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Providing technical support and handling urgent corrective work.
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation.
  • Acting as the emergency response lead during assigned shifts.
  • Collaborating with our CAN manufacturing facility to share best practices.

    • We are looking for :

  • 5-8 years of experience leading a maintenance team in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Automated Production Engineering (preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt certification (an asset).
  • Knowledge of 110 to 480-volt circuits, PLC controllers, motors, and related systems (an asset)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and safety.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
