Senior Finance Manager, US Vision Care Commercial

Johnson & Johnson Vision, Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager, US Vision Care Commercial supporting US P&L and Investments located in Jacksonville, FL.

The Senior Manager, US Vision Care Commercial, will be a key finance partner to the President of Vision Care Americas and US Sales and Marketing executive leadership. They will be leading a team responsible for managing the US VC P&L with ~$2B in NTS, driving insightful value-based analytics, and ensuring financial commitments are met. This role will also be responsible for managing the revenue, trade spend, and rebates internal control cycles. Other duties will include supporting new product introduction, integrated business plan, and strategic deployment / management of loyalty programs and brand marketing expenses. Position will report to the America's Finance Senior Director.

Key Responsibilities :

• End to End Commercial financial ownership of US Vision Care Business. Leverage SigniFi to facilitate the creation of more robust analytics and forecasting tools, which ultimately drive valuable insights as well as efficient & compliant processes.
• Lead financial analytics and provide strategic guidance for new programs, new product launches, and new go-to-market strategies being implemented by the business.
• Accurate completion of all month close and quarter close responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with all SOX requirements
• Contribute in the development and strong performance of team
