Pennsylvania Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Title Examiner who will be responsible for searching public records and examining titles for residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for residential properties

Resolve issues related to title documentation and prepare initial title commitment documentation

Prepare and review reports for accuracy and summarize recorded documents affecting property title

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

5+ years of experience in searching and examining titles, particularly with refinance and resale transactions

California experience required

Strong customer service focus

Proficient typing skills (55 WPM)
