Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site or of site role for a Head Engineer . The Head Engineer will oversee the engineering department, ensure the completion of engineering projects, manage project timelines, and implement safety standards. Duties include coordinating with other departments, leading a team of engineers, overseeing design and development of engineering systems, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in engineering principles and practices
• Project management skills including planning, execution, and completion
• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience with regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Relevant certifications and licenses
