QUALIFICATIONS

  • Accounting, economics, or business degree
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to show up every day
  • Ability to sort through and extract information from large volumes of data
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Polite, courteous, and self-starter mentality
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
  • WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE AS OUR FINANCIAL DATA ANALYST

    You'll work 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday with overtime available. This is an in-office position.

    You'll be responsible for collecting medical claims data, conducting in-depth analyses, and effectively presenting your findings to the customer. The ability to clearly express complex information will be vital. Here's what you can expect :

  • Reading through monthly reports and customer reviews
  • Reviewing medical claims and identifying any patterns or trends
  • Converting raw data files into usable sets for integration into customer- and member-facing platforms
  • Creating easy-to-understand presentations for customers and vendors regarding future medical expenses
  • Leading onsite and virtual presentations
  • Collaborating with internal finance professionals like renewal specialists, account executives, the CFO, etc.
