QUALIFICATIONS

Accounting, economics, or business degree

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access

Ability to show up every day

Ability to sort through and extract information from large volumes of data

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Polite, courteous, and self-starter mentality

Ability to work independently and collaborate with others

WHAT A DAY LOOKS LIKE AS OUR FINANCIAL DATA ANALYST

You'll work 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday with overtime available. This is an in-office position.

You'll be responsible for collecting medical claims data, conducting in-depth analyses, and effectively presenting your findings to the customer. The ability to clearly express complex information will be vital. Here's what you can expect :

Reading through monthly reports and customer reviews

Reviewing medical claims and identifying any patterns or trends

Converting raw data files into usable sets for integration into customer- and member-facing platforms

Creating easy-to-understand presentations for customers and vendors regarding future medical expenses

Leading onsite and virtual presentations

Collaborating with internal finance professionals like renewal specialists, account executives, the CFO, etc.
