Board Certified - CRNA

Job Details :

• Night shift position with flexible scheduling options : 7p-7a (12 hrs), 11p-7a (8 hrs), or 24-hour shifts (7a-7a)
• Work in a supervised CRNA model with a 4 : 1 physician-to-CRNA ratio
• Handle a diverse case mix including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology procedures
• Limited pediatric cases, primarily standard procedures
• Manage 15-20 cases per site out of 36-46 total daily cases between two locations
• Responsible for arterial line placements
• No heart cases required
• Must have active Michigan license and clean background with no license actions
• Required certifications : NBCRNA, ACLS, BLS through AHA, and PALS
• Current flu vaccine or ability to obtain medical exemption required
• Potential locum-to-perm opportunity with reduction in conversion fees based on hours worked
• Estimated credentialing timeframe : 60-90 days
• Any time off needs to be requested upfront
• Local providers highly preferred

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.

Estimated Hourly Rate : 200 - 250
