Role :

We are looking for a passionate Dental Sterilization Technician to join our team in Wellesley, MA. This Dental Sterilization Technician are responsible for keeping the dental instruments and operatories clean, sanitized, organized and ready for use throughout the working day. As well as setting up / breaking down and sterilization of the exam rooms and surgical rooms and overall cleanliness of the office.

This Dental Sterilization Technician comes with a starting range of $20- $25 per hour and opportunity would include eligibility for our full range of benefits and perks that include health, dental, and vision, parental leave, employer contributions to 401K and PTO, holiday pay, and more!

Responsibilities :

• Ensuring instruments are sterilized in OSHA standards
• Maintain a clean work area
• Setting up and breaking down of operatories
• Follows Exposure Control procedures / blood borne and Airborne Pathogens
• Maintain and assist with compliance logs
• Restocks and maintains inventory in the operations
• Sustain office cleanliness throughout the day
• Seats and dismissing of patients - but does not assist with procedures
• Receive and unpack deliveries
• Puts away supplies that is delivered daily with lead direction
• Acquire proficiency in setting up surgical equipment
• Report to the GM any ongoing issues
