Salary : $32-$35 hourly

Job Title : Programs Supervisor

Reports to : Director of Operations & Programs

Location : On-site Various Program Locations

Schedule : Full-Time (Hours Vary)

Compensation : $32 / hour - $35 / hour

Position Summary

The Programs Supervisor provides day-to-day frontline oversight and leadership for multiple THLP service areas, including Community Outreach, Enhanced Care Management (ECM), Justice-Involved Services (JI), and Community Health Worker (CHW) programs. This individual ensures consistent, high-quality program delivery by supervising staff, monitoring service effectiveness, and reporting on outcomes to the Director of Operations & Programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct supervision, coaching, and daily support to staff across THLP programs.
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow management, and service delivery for outreach, ECM, JI, and CHW programs.
  • Conduct routine quality assurance checks and ensure adherence to all program policies, billing procedures, and documentation standards.
  • Monitor participant engagement and service outcomes; ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Support problem-solving and provide real-time decision-making to ensure continuity of care.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly operational reports and updates to the Director of Operations & Programs.
  • Coordinate staff schedules, coverage plans, and resource allocations based on program needs.
  • Participate in staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff, leadership, and external stakeholders as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support THLPs mission and operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associates degree in human services, social work, public health, or a related field (bachelors degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in the human services, behavioral health, or social services field.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Certified Substance Use Counselor and / or Peer Support Specialist (PSS) strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, community-based setting.
  • Must have access to an insured vehicle and valid California drivers license.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings or weekends as needed.
