Key Responsibilities

• Audit shipboard housekeeping operations, encompassing guest staterooms, public areas, and laundry facilities, to maintain high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Evaluate operational compliance with safety protocols and provide thorough reports outlining observations and areas for improvement, driving continuous quality enhancement.
• Collaborate in maintaining and refining lodging operating guidelines, monitoring critical housekeeping tasks to guarantee seamless execution.
• Follow up on audit findings and assist leaders in implementing corrective actions to sustain operational excellence.

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations, with a focus on audits, inspections, or compliance reviews. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures are essential, as well as proficiency in analyzing data and identifying trends, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of cleanliness and safety standards is also crucial.
