BLS SD or Compact License - IN HAND Minimum of 1 Year of Dialysis Experience \nShift : 10D Shift Times : 0500 - 1530, 0600 - 1630, 0830 - 1830 (Traveler will need to be able to work all three) \nFlu Documentation is REQUIRED. No Personal / Medical Declinations. Flu Religious Declinations will be reviewed by Avera Health. \nNO PRIOR AVERA OR SANFORD PERM EMPLOYEES MAY SUBMIT
