Physician (MD / DO) | Post-Acute Care | Aiken, SC

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Physician (MD or DO) to join a growing Post-Acute Care team in Aiken, SC. Enjoy a weekday-only schedule with no weekends or on-call, providing care in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab setting.

• Provide direct patient care, including admissions, follow-ups, and Medicare visits.
• Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population.
• Lead and supervise Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and accurately document visits and billing.
• Collaborate with facility teams to deliver holistic care.

Qualifications include active South Carolina medical license, Board Certification or eligibility, EMR experience preferred, and strong leadership skills. The schedule is Monday to Friday, with part-time options available, averaging 6–8 hour shifts, caring for about 16 patients daily.
