Job Title : Swim Instructor / Lifeguard

Reports to : Deck Supervisor

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

Summary : Works as part of a team to instruct children how to be safe in and around the water. Curriculum focuses on using fun and games to facilitate confidence and learning. Paid training provided. Participates in monthly team-building meetings and events to hone lifesaving skills and build workplace culture. Opportunities for professional development and bonuses are plentiful in this role!
