We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and tech-savvy Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Dublin, GA. This role is essential to ensuring smooth front office operations and a warm, welcoming patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Care Coordination
- Greet patients with a smile and professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and collect co-pays
- Ensure patients receive prompt and proper care
Patient Flow & Tracking
Monitor and manage daily schedulesUse tracking systems to reduce cancellations and optimize efficiencyElectronic Medical Records (EMR)
Navigate EMR systems for patient documentation and accuracyBilling Support
Assist with billing for insurance and Georgia state contractsEnsure compliance with billing guidelines and policiesMarketing Support
Help organize and execute patient engagement and outreach eventsParticipate in quarterly workshops (one Thursday evening or Saturday morning per quarter)Ideal Candidate Qualities
Friendly, outgoing, and professional personalityExcellent multitasking and time management skillsStrong organizational and leadership capabilitiesTeam-oriented with a positive, forward-thinking attitudePreferred Experience
Proficiency in Google Workspace : Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Meet, Zoom
