Job Title : ICU Registered Nurse

Shift : Alternating shifts - 3x12-hour shifts (Day and Night)

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years of experience required

License : Current nursing license required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS required

Must-Have : Previous charge experience preferred

Description :

ICU Registered Nurse needed for alternating shifts in a critical care setting.

The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in need of intensive monitoring and treatment.

Experience managing complex patient cases is essential.

The nurse will be expected to perform various medical procedures and treatments.

The role requires the ability to manage multiple patients effectively, with a typical patient ratio of 1 : 2.

The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Skills in accessing and managing ports, handling arterial lines, and ventilator management are required.

This unit may require floating to step-down units.

Professionalism and adherence to attendance policies are strongly emphasized.

Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

All required certifications should be up to date.
