Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measuring instruments. Skilled in CAD / CAM software, preferably Mastercam and SolidWorks. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and process improvement. Mechanical Engineering degree preferred but not required. Job Description
This CNC Programming Engineer will :
- Program and set up CNC machines to produce precision components.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures.
- Create and maintain documentation, including setup sheets, tool sheets, and work instructions.
- Determine fixturing and machining parameters to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering and management on project quotes and process improvements.
- Support production planning and help drive efficiency and quality.
- Troubleshoot and enhance machining processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow all company quality, maintenance, and safety procedures.
