Creation has a team of 20 professionals across four cities—Chicago and Dallas in the U.S., Mexico City, Mexico, and Bangalore, India. We are poised for significant growth in assets, building the teams, structures, and processes necessary to scale our impact.
Specifically, we are looking to build out our Investor Relations, Marketing, and Capital Raising function with exceptional people who can manage and expand our existing and prospective investor base globally.

The Position :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Fund Accountant to support all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and operations for our global impact investment funds in private equity and private credit. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of our financial data—enabling our team to deliver both strong investor returns and measurable social impact.
Reporting to the CFO, this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple investment vehicles, asset classes, and geographies in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities :
Fund Reporting & AccountingMaintain accurate financial records for funds, co-investments, and management entities in accordance with GAAP and industry performance standardsReconcile all transactions, cash positions, and securities holdings across U.S. and international bank and custodian accountsPrepare and update the general ledger, accounting software, and reporting systems on a regular basisGenerate reports including Net Asset Value (NAVs), financial statements (for the Funds, Co-investments, and General Partner / Management Company), fund performance, drawdowns and distributions, and hedging / foreign exchangeOperational ExecutionInitiate and process wire and ACH payments in compliance with internal controls and best practicesAssist with maintaining the investor portal, including uploading statements, capital notices, and annual reportsCalculate carried interest waterfalls and distribute proceeds in accordance with fund governing documentsSupport portfolio and investor statement preparationStakeholder SupportLiaise with external auditors and authorized third parties to respond to information requestsCoordinate and provide timely, accurate responses to partner and investor inquiriesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, transparent, and high-quality reportingAssist other finance team members as needed in a collaborative, team-oriented environmentQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, demonstrating strong academic performance3–5 years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in fund accounting, private equity, or alternative investmentsSolid analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365; experience with accounting and reporting systems requiredAbility to prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a collaborative spirit and a service-oriented mindsetStrong interpersonal and written / verbal communication skillsFlexible and willing to roll up sleeves to contribute wherever neededEnthusiasm for impact investing and working in an entrepreneurial settingSalary & Benefits :
