What You’ll Do
As a Repair & Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventative and emergency maintenance on restaurant equipment and property across assigned locations. You’ll also support store-level training on maintenance best practices, maintain accurate inventory records, and help with new store setups or closures.
Key Responsibilities :
Preventative & Emergency Maintenance
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on restaurant equipment and property.
- Make necessary cosmetic repairs and equipment modifications.
- Assist with equipment installations related to special projects.
Store Support & Reporting
Conduct routine inspections of all assigned stores and provide detailed reports on equipment status and property condition.Ensure timely and accurate submission of maintenance logs, invoices, and related administrative documents.Maintain up-to-date service records, warranty logs, and inventory of equipment, spare parts, and tools.Capital & Equipment Planning
Support recommendations for capital budget spending related to building, property, and equipment upgrades.Ensure warranty guidelines are followed to avoid unnecessary expenses.Assist in equipment transfer, sale, or disposal during store closings or special events.Training & Compliance
Provide on-site training to store-level teams on basic preventive maintenance practices.Comply with environmental, safety, and health regulations in all repair and maintenance tasks.Other Duties
Assist with store openings, remodels, and other special assignments as needed.Remain on-call and available for emergency maintenance needs as required.What We’re Looking For
Knowledge in electrical repair, plumbing, and carpentry; HVAC and refrigeration experience is a plus.EPA Certification (Type 1 & 2) required; technical certifications and local / state licenses may be required.1-3 years of relevant maintenance experience in a restaurant, retail, or similar environment.Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and on-call rotations.Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.Reliable transportation to travel between locations.What You’ll Get in Return

Pay Range $27.00 - $35.00 / hour
