Are you a licensed Journeyman Plumber looking for a fresh opportunity with a growing, customer-first company? Our brand-new 1 Tom Plumber South Minneapolis franchise is officially open and we're building a powerhouse team from the ground up. If you take pride in quality work, punctuality, and professional service, we want to hear from you!

As a Journeyman Plumber with 1 Tom Plumber, youll be handling :

  • Residential and commercial plumbing service calls
  • Drain cleaning and water heater installation
  • Leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture installation, and more
  • Emergency and same-day plumbing solutions (rotating on-call schedule)

    • What Were Looking For

  • Active Journeyman Plumber license Minneapolis / St. Paul MN
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • $40-50 / hour based on experience and licensing + Commission on jobs serviced
