    Your Role

  • Lead a high-performing sales team to maximize revenue and drive results
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to achieve and exceed goals.

  • 3+ years of experience in the manufactured housing industry
  • A proven track record of sales success and leadership in a high-performance environment.
  • A self-motivated, driven, and assertive personality - you take ownership of your success.
  • The ability to train, mentor, and inspire a team to exceed expectations.
  • Strong closing skills, negotiation ability, and a customer-focused mindset
