ER RN Travel Nursing Job Details

Location : Pulaski, TN 38478 (Southern Tennessee healthcare jobs)

Facility Setting : Emergency Department (7 beds, 2 psych rooms, 2 hall beds)

Assignment Type : Travel Registered Nurse

Start Date : November 10, 2025

End Date : February 9, 2026

Contract Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 12-Hour Nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Hours per Week : 36

Weekend Requirement : Every Other Weekend / As Needed

Estimated Weekly Pay : $1630 - $1750

Emergency Room RN Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee

At least 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience

Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, ENPC, HWC, PALS, TNCC (must be current or obtained before start date)

Ability to float to other units and take call as needed

Must pass Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment

Strong clinical skills, professional attitude, and commitment to teamwork

ER RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced Emergency Department

Assess, triage, and monitor patients with diverse medical emergencies and conditions

Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EDIS electronic health record system

Demonstrate effective decision-making and remain calm under pressure in critical situations

Support department initiatives, contribute to process improvements, and foster a positive team environment
