Job Summary : Manages all aspects of food production and operations at High Camp. Key responsibility areas include menu & recipe development, team performance, effective cost controls, training and retention of key employees. Manages and coordinates activities of cooks and kitchen employees. Partners with the High Camp GM to lead the team, train to and uphold the brand standards of High Camp. Concepts in the High Camp location are Granite Bistro / Pizza, Terrace Restaurant Buffet and Marketplace.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the Palisades Tahoe
