- Handle inbound and outbound calls effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with processing orders and data entry to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel to manage and organize customer data.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing and document management, as needed.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with order entry processes and data management systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office software.
