Role Overview

The Channel Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. They identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, provide training and support, and collaborate with marketing to create effective sales strategies. Ultimately, their goal is to maximize sales opportunities through the channel networks.

  • Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new channel partners.
  • Performance Monitoring : Tracking and evaluating the performance of channel partners, identifying areas for improvement, and providing support.
  • Negotiation : Negotiating contracts and agreements with channel partners.
  • Market Analysis : Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

  • Sales Forecasting : Generating sales forecasts and reports to track progress and identify potential issues.
  • Sales Strategy Development : Creating and implementing strategies to increase sales through the channel.

  • Partner Recruitment : Identifying and onboarding new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Training and Support : Providing partners with the necessary training, resources, and support to effectively sell the company's products or services.
  • Collaboration : Working with internal teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel strategies.
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
  • University / college degree preferred
  • CRP preferred
  • Work experience in global mobility sales would be a plus but ultimately looking for sales aptitude
  • Experience selling to GPOs or similar association sales executive experience a must
  • Sales and Channel Expertise : Strong understanding of sales processes and channel management principles.
  • Relationship Building : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills : Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with partners.
  • Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Training and Presentation Skills : Ability to train and support partners effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving : Ability to identify and resolve issues with channel partners.

  • Position Title : Channel Sales Executive
  • Salary Range : $118,900-$148,700-$178,400 USD
  • Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA / HSA, Employer HSA Match, Life & Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, ID Theft Protection Plan and more. Benefits are based on employment status and may not be available for temporary or part-time employees
  • Salary ranges may vary based on location, market conditions, and other factors such as experience and qualifications. The final compensation will be determined during the hiring process based on these considerations.
