As a Patrol Unarmed Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing a welcoming presence. Your role includes conducting routine patrols, remaining visible to assist guests and staff, and delivering exceptional customer service through strong communication. Pay Rate : $15.00 / Hour

Job Schedule : Day Time

Sat 06 : 00 AM - 06 : 00 PM

Sun 07 : 00 AM - 07 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify any security-related concerns.

Observe and report any irregularities or incidents, such as property damage, theft, or unauthorized individuals on the premises.

Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as necessary.

Support a welcoming and secure environment for customers, staff, and visitors through professional interaction and presence.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
