Job Description

This role is a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within our company. The role serves as a bridge between client expectations, project teams, and company objectives, fostering collaboration and excellence in project execution.

Business process Consultant must have an authoritative, consultative, and diplomatic presence and communication style). The BPC is experienced in successfully running workshops of this nature and can keep diverse participants on-task, focused and on-schedule. The BPC must be an expert at writing explicit requirements in user story format, resulting in solutioning-ready outputs ready for a Solutions Architect on the team to solution and turn over to Development with minimal inputs.

Here are the things you will DO :

  • Prepare and lead design workshops with the objective of gathering and documenting requirements from client stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client business processes and workflows, working closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, areas of improvement, and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement business process solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to understand their requirements and develop innovative solutions.
  • Provide expertise in ServiceNow and business processes to enhance productivity and optimize workflows.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and process maps.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices

Must be a room leader  with minimum IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) experience. SPM a plus - Strategic Portfolio Management (formerly ITBM - IT Business Management).
