We are currently looking for a Part-Time Medical Social Worker (MSW) to help serve patients in the Gallup area . If you are someone who finds purpose in guiding others through emotional and practical challenges associated with end-of-life care, wed be honored to have you on our team.

Role Overview :

As a Hospice Social Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families through emotional, social, and financial transitions. Working closely with our interdisciplinary team, you will ensure each patient receives compassionate care that addresses their full spectrum of needs.
