A Sr. Electrical Engineer opportunity to design electrical systems for exciting new construction and renovation projects, with a focus on the design of systems supporting mission-critical facilities. Projects will be multi-discipline, and the ability to adeptly coordinate with other disciplines is required.

Required :

6+ years of experience in the MEP industry
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (or higher)
Professional Engineering License (or on track to obtain)
Prior experience using Revit preferred

Job Responsibilities :

Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs, constraints, and criteria for success.

Develop design solutions, weighing the benefits and risks of various options, and helping the client choose a path forward.

Lead the project team in developing design documents (conceptual design, equipment selection, construction drawings, specifications, energy modeling, etc.)

Coordinate all design disciplines to ensure a comprehensive, code-compliant, and constructable design.

Manage the client's expectations throughout the design process.

Communicate with colleagues, external consultants, and vendors to meet objectives and schedules.

Serve as the Owner's representative during construction (RFI response, Submittal review, Site inspections, etc.)

Provide mentorship to less experienced designers and engineers.

Salary Range : $95k - $120k
