Job Description :

We are delighted to be recruiting a Procurement Specialist - Contractor in Client's Central Supply Chain organization. The Procurement Specialist - Contractor is responsible for leading strategy development and the Procure to Pay (P2P) end-to-end process for assigned Indirect Procurement categories that are critical to supporting business operations across multiple business groups and global locations.

Responsibilities include :

• Sourcing Strategy : Support existing sourcing strategies to drive cost savings and mitigate sourcing risks for assigned Indirect Procurement categories.
• Supplier Management : Proactively manage supplier relationships by setting clear expectations, monitoring compliance with contractual agreements, driving continuous performance improvements, and collaboratively resolving issues to ensure reliable supply and optimal cost-efficiency.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple functions and business groups to gather requirements and collaborate on procurement strategies.
• Contract Management : In collaboration with Contracts and Legal, prepare, review and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Procure to Pay : Manage the end-to-end process to acquire goods and services. It encompasses requisition, sourcing, purchase orders, receiving, invoicing and payment.
• Vendor Management : Develop and maintain effective relationships with strategic and most critical vendors. Manage vendor performance, manage risk, lead business reviews, identify, develop and execute opportunities to create value.
• Category Performance Management : Track and analyze procurement performance metrics to ensure category targets are met and continuously drive improvements.
• Reporting : Prepare and communicate category strategies, sourcing plans, progress updates, KPIs, and market insights to key stakeholders.
• Project Management : Lead and support procurement projects.
