A well-established and growing law firm located in Asheville, NC is seeking a motivated Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team. This role is ideal for a dynamic legal professional with 3–5 years of transactional real estate experience who is ready to take ownership of their practice, contribute to the firm’s growth, and work toward partnership.

Key Responsibilities :

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and residential real estate contracts and closing documents

Manage real estate transactions from contract to closing

Conduct due diligence, title review, and resolve title issues

Advise clients on zoning, land use, and leasing matters

Collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders

Actively participate in business development and networking opportunities

Qualifications :

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in North Carolina

3–5 years of experience in transactional real estate law (commercial and residential)

Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills

Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in generating business and advancing toward partnership
