Schedule : Full Time

Shift : Monday Woodridge 7 : 00-3 : 00 Tuesday 8 : 00 to 3 : 00 Woodridge, Wednesday alternating Woodridge / Hinsdale 11 : 00-6 : 30, Thursday Hinsdale 7 : 30 to 4 : 00 Friday Hinsdale 7 : 00 to 3 : 00. One Saturday, every 4 weeks 7 : 30 to 12 : 30.

Location : Woodridge and Hinsdale, IL

Assists with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a provider (Physician or Advanced Practice Provider).
