Job Summary and Responsibilities

Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group is growing our Gastroenterology network to provide outstanding care to the patients we serve in the beautiful master planned North Houston suburb of The Woodlands. The Woodlands is a lively, growing, & energetic community with many amenities.

We are looking for an energetic physician to join our well established practice with the potential to expand further. Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group, is a collaboration between St. Luke's Health System & Baylor College of Medicine. Our opportunity boasts the wide variety of benefits and supportive resources expected as part of a large health system multispecialty group while also being recognized for individual contributions.

Job Highlights :

• Provide expert clinical care in advanced gastroenterology, including management of complex gastrointestinal conditions, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to manage patient care, contributing to innovative treatment plans and ongoing clinical trials.
• Participate in education and mentorship of medical residents, fellows, and other healthcare professionals.
• Engage in and contribute to the development of research initiatives in gastroenterology.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the gastroenterology division within Baylor St. Luke's Health.
• Flexible and willing to support organizational needs with regard to healthcare and market changes;
• Established clinical expertise with a commitment to patient care outcomes;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Willingness to serve as a team member and clinical leader in the workplace;
• Oriented toward customer service and patient-centered care.

$288.00 - $300.00 / hour
