Job Description :

• Be the primary liaison between the customer and the organization for all internal and external quality complaints.
• Track all complaints and corrective actions, manage RMA's and RMNCR's.
• Review both internal and external issues and working to prevent issues in the future.
• Manage all surveys and report requests from customers. Manage change of control requests as needed.
• Review QAs with the appropriate departments.
• Responsible for creating and developing internal quality documents and PPAP packages.
• Perform Dock and QMS audits as well as maintain calibration records and ensure they are up to date.
• Manage and track internal and external Quality Metrics.
• Other quality related and cross functional work as necessary.
