Pay Range : $17- $22 per hour (strictly depends on years of experience)

State of Credentials Licenses Required : Yes. Medical Assistant Phlebotomist through WA State Dept of Health

Shift / Time Zone : Day / PST. 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm Mon-Fri.

Duration : 2 Months+

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Minimum 2 year of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
