About the Role

As an Integration Manager, you will be at the forefront of our partner integrations, ensuring seamless technical connections while driving process improvements and team development.

• Lead interactions with new partners to connect acquiring cards and other products.
• Oversee and enhance documentation to maintain clarity and accuracy.
• Implement and refine processes to ensure efficient and timely partner integrations.
• Support QA analysts, ensuring high-quality integration outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the integration team.
• Collaborate with the development team to assign and monitor tasks as part of the integration process.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to technical integration partners.
