What You'll Do

You'll be the first stop for every DNA sample that comes through our doors. Your work sets the stage for accurate, timely results. In this role, you will :

• Receive and organize incoming samples
• Enter client information into our systems with speed and accuracy
• Ensure paperwork and chain-of-custody requirements are complete
• Support case resolution by preparing reports and notarized documents
• Work closely with lab staff and customer service teams
• Keep things moving so families and clients get the answers they need
