Schedule : 6am - until finished, Monday - Friday

Pay : Up to $35 / hr.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on solar inverters, panels, string boxes, and related components.
• Support commissioning of solar arrays and monitoring systems.
• Install batteries and backup systems (Enphase, LG, and more).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues (shorts, outages, faults).
• Safely complete electrical wiring for solar systems (AC & DC).
• Conduct voltage testing with proper PPE and safety practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage RMA processes.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining system use and care.
