Program Overview
Rockefeller Capital Management offers a distinctive Summer Analyst Program experience as a premier independent financial advisory firm. Our diversified businesses, boutique size, and entrepreneurial culture shape a dynamic, personalized experience for our Analysts.
Our Summer Analyst program is a ten-week (June-August) internship program designed to provide an opportunity to experience the culture and atmosphere of Rockefeller Capital Management. Summer Analysts will be fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of the business providing opportunities to learn, grow, and excel.

Eligibility and Selection Criteria
To be eligible for consideration, students must be projected 2027 graduates and in good standing at the school. Analysts should have an interest in the financial services industry and be eager to learn and make an impact.
VantageRock Capital
VantageRock Capital is the hedge fund strategy within Rockefeller's Asset Management business. VantageRock Capital is a fundamental-based, U.S. focused, multi-sector long / short equity hedge fund strategy. It typically runs with low net exposure and is focused on investing in stocks that it believes have asymmetric risk / reward and strong alpha generation. VantageRock is led by Avery Sheffield, and she and her team are focused on generating alpha and delivering compelling performance.
Position
VantageRock is seeking a Summer Analyst to join their growing team. We are looking for a candidate who has a deep curiosity about the world and a strong passion for investing. The Equity Analyst will work directly with co-founders Avery Sheffield and Dan Rosenthal as well as their team of Equity Analysts.

The anticipated hourly rate for this role is $48 / hour. Salary for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and may fall outside of this rate.
